Good Combinations?

I have a 30gallon tank. Currently it has a small school of neons and about 4 danios. What would be good to add with those 2 kinds of fish? I was looking at platys, but don't know if they would be a good choice.
I would like something colorful and obviously low on the aggressive scale.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, is there maybe a link or website someone could direct me to that has a chart of compatible fish etc?

I don't have neons, but I do have zebras in my 30 gallon community. In that tank, I also have black mollies, red eye tetras, serpae tetras and black phantom tetras. They all get along beautifully.

I forgot to mention they are zebra danios!
They seem to have gotten along with just about whatever I've had in there.
Platys(sunburst for one) caught my eye, as did lemon tetras, cherry barbs, and gold barbs. I am doing research now, but didn't know if anyone had any good advice

I'm sure you'll get lots of opinions from forum members. I've never had barbs, although I love them. I've heard they're nippier than tetras but can't tell you first-hand. I just love my zebras.... they are the zaniest, most psychotic little fishies.... don't know what I'd do without 'em.

My opinion is that you should get some cories, i've got some peppered cory catfish and i just ADORE them...i want more!
maybe jsut get a group of 5 or 6 of which ever species of cories you want

Currently I have a few otocinclus and some cories also. The cories are hilarious! They're very active and entertaining.
I was looking for something to add some more color to the tank though. The sunburst platy seemed pretty, but I'm not sure if it would be ideal. Also I seemed interested in the lemon tetras to add some yellowish color in there. Again, I'm not sure how well those would fit in etc.
Any suggestions for colorful, peaceful and relatively hardy?
At one point I had thought about gouramis.

Go for dwarf neon rainbowfish, great colors and they are very peaceful from my experience.

The community creator is said to lead to overstocking, but for each fish they have a list of compatible tank mates, plus they give minimum sizes for tanks, and number of fish for each species.

In my bias opinion;
4x parotocinclus jumbo (pitbull pleco) and a trio of honey gourami (1m+2f)
And some more zebra danios...
