now i really dont know what to do my betta i thought didnt have something so bad but now i have realised it has got a fungus all over its body and it keeps floating to the top of the water and keeps twitching is it as good as dead or what can any one help me....

Post in the emergency area if you haven't already....

Try finding a med containing phenoxyethanol, alot of king british treatments do (apparently)....
