As if anything else can go wrong my goldfish which i have had for a few years now have all of a sudden started to lose colour fron under neath there bodies. What the heck is going on with them ? i have 4 all in all but one of them has no scales she never has had but the other 3 have started with this loss of colour and tonight i have noticed that they now have a little scale damage. Are they lacking in a mineral ?, they have plenty of vairity of food fresh, flake, frozen,and greens sometimes to keep the old pipework moving . So if anybody could shed any light on this perplexing siuation then i would be very grateful

Can you post test results in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, what size tank is it and how many fish, is there a white edging to the scales, add some salt to the tank, and do some salt baths.
