Dont you hate when you make a measurement mistake, setup the fish room, looks great. ONLY, i did not leave quite enough room be tween the 5ft and the 3ft for the 3fts canister (which i now have the replacement head for) Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
 
Soooooo now i will have to take the canister off the goldie tank to put on the 3ft, being a Fluval, it will fit into the space....and the canister that is for the 3ft will have to go onto the goldie tank, though i am debating taking the canister off the 6ft outside and putting on the goldie tank, but i will give the smaller one a go on the goldie tank and see how it goes.

Ohhh, and the little panda that was put into a treatment tank, has improved amazingly well. I honestly thought his tail would drop off from the ulcer type wound that was growing at a scary rate. Salt and melafix, 10 days later the would have nearly completely gone. I will do a WC on his treatment tank today and redose him and give him another week or so of being in there and then he can be moved back in with the main group...

I am absolutely wrapped with Melafix, i had been treating with just salt and the would was not improving but still getting worse, added the Melafix and the fast improvement was amazing

Yeah i get that, but fancy goldies do not appreciate being buffeted around the tank lol Would cause unnecessary stress to them

So i ended up putting the large canister on this tank......

Bit of a canister shuffle here today.....the power was off all day and the 4ft rainbow tanks canister decided to dump 1/3 of the tank water onto the floor, so that canister has been decommissioned for the time being while i see if i can get spare parts.
 
The Fluval canister from the 5ft tank went to the 3ft. The canister that i finally got the replacement head for is now on the rainbow tank. This leaves the 6ft with no canister, so i will be trying hard to get the sump running properly, which will keep the tank ticking until i can get a pond filter to run on it as well.
 
I tell you, sometimes things are sent to try you....specially when it comes to tanks....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
