Goldfish With A Lump On Its Eye?

One of my goldfish has got a strange lump on its eye, It only started growing a few months ago but it is getting quite big and I really dont want it to grow over my goldfish's eye, Does anyone know what it is? Google doesnt seem to know either

Can you get a picture of it?

If its cauliflower-like in appearance goldfish are sometimes prone to head tumors and if it is that there is basically nothing you can do, you just have to leave it. But it doesn't mean the goldfish can't live a happy and healthy life .

Do you mean nitRITE? If you have 0 Nitrate your tank isn't cycled. Incidentally, how did you cycle your tank and how long ago?

I cant even remember how I cycled the tank it was a few years ago, the goldfish are quite old!
