Costumer wants a solid wall of Amazon swords and a carpet of Java moss for their 180g goldfish tank.
Goldfish will decimate those plants right?

They probably won’t eat the Amazon Swords much but a lot of the stems will get snapped. The moss won’t last long. And a ‘carpet’ will get full of muck and be a nightmare to keep clean.

I was thinking the same thing about the Java moss carpet. I might recommend dwarf sag or Pygmy chain swords. Will those get eaten by the goldfish?

Any plant soft enough is fair game. I would probably recommend Java Fern and Anubias. They’re tougher and not as palatable to most fish. Plenty of veg in the diet and regular feedings should also help.
