Golden Barb

I'm not having much luck this week.

One of my G-Barbs was spinning around very eraticlly, then proceeded to lie on its side.

My water paramters are fine.

I can't see any obvious signs of illness.

Could be shock/stress of some sort. What does it share its tank with?
