Gold Headed Purple Harlequins

well today I decided to treat myself to a new camera. You probably all noticed the sound issue with the last video - well that may have been because I dropped my old camera a few weeks ago and I guess I kinda broke something inside around the microphone! 
 
I'd also noticed some photo's lacked clarity and for a while I was blaming the photographer and not the camera - that may still be the case but we shall see!!
 
So a few moments ago I decided to have my very first play with the new camera and I have two reasonably good shots and a new video of the harlequins to share ... hopefully now minus the awful noise!

Hi, Akasha, jealous of the price you paid. My lfs has them in stock all the time, but at $6.00 each.
They are a lovely fish, shame Mrs. doodle doesn't like them.

purple is my favourite colour and so I had to have some purple fish lol

It's a breeding form of Rasbora heteromorpha, which is in itself a beautiful fish. I would always go for the natural and wild form instead of some artificial breedings with possible defects.
