Yes, I bought one tonight.. Labled Golden Dojo Loach.. Now I've olny found 1 picture that Kinda looks like it. I don't think it's albino because it has black eyes.. ANyone have any info on these? I found a little on the Weather Dojo.. Are these very similar species? My new guy is perdy cute and once i get a decent camera I'll take some pics..

Most common are the Common, Misgurnus anguillicaudatus (Cantor) and Spotted, Cobitis taenia (Linnaeus) Dojos or Weatherfishes. A brief comment regarding these fishes second monikers. They are often called "living barometers" of their increased activity at the approach of changing weather. These fishes are pressure-sensitive, swimming about more if it’s about to rain for instance.

The Common Dojo/Weatherfish is drab to light brown naturally, though there are "Golden" Dojos (xanthistic varieties, not albinos) that are human-produced. This species attains a maximum length of about twelve inches. The Spotted Dojo or Weatherfish only reaches a natural length of six inches. Both are excellent scavengers.

Hope this helps  :)

Ah yes.. The guy at the LFS told me 6 inches adult.. Hmm. I hope he don't get too big before I can afford a bigger tank.. Thanks for yer input :)
