Going to a sand tank this summer

Does it look alright
And can you use bubble walls with this stuff

The bacteria is not in the water, it is on the hard surfaces such as gravel, filter media and what not, as I read all the water carries is the toxins such as ammonia and nitrites etc... Bacteria-free what is good for fish
