You also need to be able to test for ammonia. That is not usually on the 5 or 6 in 1 strips so you'll need a separate ammonia tester.
Re hardness (GH) Scottish Water should give the level for that to check your test strip. But they don't make it easy to find. If you want to look, I can explain their complicated way of accessing it.
