Here is where I am going,

I have the following
black and white marble HMPK male (half brother to the black and white female iirc)
black and white marble female PK (half sister to the black and white male iirc)
white and blue marble PK male and female (brother and sister)

at the present moment I have 1 month old fry (F2's) from the black and white pair and the white and blue pair are working on doing thier thing to give me the F2's for that color mix.

Here is where I want to go tell me if it will work
F2 BLK and WHT x F2 WHT and BLU

F1 BLK and WHT and WHT and BLU x F1 BLK and WHT and WHT and BLU

I want a black and blue marble or even a black and blue and white marble.

Is this going in the right direction or should I go this route

F1 BLK and WHT and WHT and BLU x F1 BLK and WHT - BKBLWH
F1 BLK and WHT and WHT and BLU x F2 WHT and BLU - BLBKWH

BKBLWH x BLBKWH

Where is my better bet to get them at.

I'd say your first option is better. It's going to give you more variety and you're therefore more likely to get what you want
