Could someone tell me the best glue to use for building slate caves etc? Needs to be really strong and obviously safe to use with tropical fish. :)
Hugs,
P.

When I made rock plant holders (Glued small rocks together leaving a circle in the middle for plants in their pots... looked quite nice) I used silicon... The safest method me thinks. Super strong too. If you think about if silicon is used to hold together those panes of glass udnder so much pressure form the water inside.

Just get some cheap aquarium silicon and that should to the trick :)

I agree with previous 2 posts, use silicon but ensure it's for aquatic use, and doesn't contain any fungicides.

While "AQUARIUM GRADE" Silicone is the Easyest and Cheapest, And it Will Work.

I prefer to use "AQUARIUM GRADE" Epoxy Avaliable at your LPS.

It's stronger then Silicone, Setsup Under the water, And is deffently More Permanent.

Unless you plan on Tearing apart the Rocks Someday, Then Silicone would defently Be the right CHOICE...
