Even when well fed and matured, there are some smaller fish in a shoal. Healthy adults naturally vary in size.

If you are worried they are not healthy, what are the concerns and symptoms? Can you post more photos using white (not blue) lights?

I was wondering if I isolate him would that help or no

Possibly not. If it is just weaker in general it may not be getting its fair share of the food but putting food in front of it with tweezers might improve the odds. With shoaling fish, isolation could make it worse.

There may be redness on the gills. What are the test readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

Not all specimens will gain the same size as adults no matter what food and how often you feed them. But you probably also don't know the age of those specimens. They do look healthy to me.
