Recently I bought 3 glofish to go with the 3 I already had. They're the only fish I have in a 20 gallon tank. As soon as I got the new fish in the tank I could see one was different. He's very skinny, doesn't eat, has no interest in hanging with the other fish, hovers at the top most of the time, and as the picture hopefully shows he seems oddly shaped. He swims kind of at a 60 degree angle. He does, however, move fast when he wants to and never lays on the bottom of the tank. He doesn't appear to have any sores, lesions, or swelling and his fins are in good shape. After looking around on the internet I am fearful I've introduced fish TB to my tank with this fish. I'm hoping someone has some insight for me.

I have a fish just like that, and I thought he was a gonner. I thought he had some sort of disorder, along with swim bladder disorder. I was sure he'd die first. To my surprise, one of my healthier looking fish died first. He used to sit at the top of the tank, and not be with the other fish, but now he swims along the bottom, the middle and occasionally groups up with the others. I say it's nothing to worry about, just take it slow and place the food above him (since you said he floats at the top) and hopefully this will entice him to eat.

Thanks so much for the reply. Does help ease my mind.
