Update: Glass catfish seems fine still apart from that damn red splodge. It isn't showing any other adverse tendecies or gasping at the surface or anything like that. It seems perfectly healthy to me.

Neon tetra's tail rot is clearing up in the hospital tank!

Should I put the glass catfish in the salty tank too?

OH MY GOD!!!

I know why the castfish has the red blodge on it!!!

The other day I picked it up in the net, and it jumped out onto the floor. I picked it up and put it back in the tank, without looking too closely at it. It is not septicemia, it is internal bleeding from being dropped onto the floor!

So, the question is, will it heal? It doesn't look too unhappy so I am inclined to think it will recover. Is there anything I can do to help it recover?

It might survive, it might be bleeding of the skin, just keep an eye on him.

Well the catfish still seems perfectly fine.

The Neon's tailrot has almost completely cleared up in the salty tank.

I think the catfish will be OK.

Glad to hear he is making a recovery, thank god it wasn't internal bleeding.
