Ghost Shrimp (Fearing They Are Prawns)

Hello again. I have 2 ghost shrimp, first time having them. I bought them from Petsmart but I've always been afraid they might turn out to be prawns.

They are becoming quite large! One is about 2.5 cm and the other is about 2 cm. They're still transparent, but have a black line running through them. Lots of legs and...leg-like things. But there's a bit of red to their longest legs that are on their face (probably not legs, but...something that starts with a 'T' I'm guessing?)

I took a picture but due to poor quality, I took an inverted pic and that seems to be the only decent picture I took.

So my Qs to this forum is how big is too big for a ghost shrimp? When do prawns turn from transparent to pink-red? I've only had them about 2 weeks, the tank for a little more than a month (15 gal). They live with mollies and black kuhli loaches. What are the characteristics between ghost shrimp and prawns that differ?

Edit: I've been reading and they say the max size is 2 but 2 inches or 2 cm? Hating metric system now D:

That is most definitely a ghost shrimp.

They can't turn into different creatures although they are from the crustacean family, prawns are in the Dendobranchiata family and shrimp are in the Pleocyemata family, so in essence it's like your tabby cat turning into a Lion, it just won't happen.

Oh, I phrased that wrong. I mean I suspect they might actually be prawns, not ghost shrimp!

I didn't mean for it to sound like they...like morphed or something ROFL
