Getting New Fish..

I really want a Green Severum because they look like very intelligent fish and look awesome. I have 2 30 gallon tanks. one with 7 barbs in it and the other with a swarm of convicts (had a little baby outbreak haha)


What tank would be best to put the Green Severum into?

Well what other fish could I get for these tanks... mind you I will be taking all my convicts out and leaving 2 adults (M / F)

Any suggestions? I like to buy my fish online (petsolutions or smith and fosters) bc my LFS is a POS

A pair M/F of convicts will fill your tank really fast with babies. If you don't want babies, you gotta get rid of all of 'em or keep two females.

A pair M/F of convicts will fill your tank really fast with babies. If you don't want babies, you gotta get rid of all of 'em or keep two females.

I know.. I got the babies under control...

For a 30 gallon with a pair of cons, I wouldn't add any more fish personally. Maybe a catfish or dithers, but thats about it.
