Getting Bored With Community Fish?

Hi, if like me you got/getting bored with community fish, can't get into marine, don't fancy malawi's or specemin tank then try something slightly uncommon.......Tanganyikan Cichlids?

*EDIT* Oh and if anyone could identify the little plec so I can add it to my sig. I would be greatful! ( I reckon it's a little common plec so wont be able to keep him too long) He was alone in a tank full of Malawis in a LFS and holding his own so I thought he would be happy in my Tang tank (and he was only £2.99!) He never stops working

Thanks for the kind words.....means a lot (guess you remember me from the begining eh? )

BTW the Juli's have spawned and are currently protecting about 3 survivors that I can see (mind you the eyes aren't what they were!)

I thought about giving tangs a try earlier in the year, once I've finished with this tank I may well have a go, I'm interested in keeping multies and lelupi (lemon cichlid?) as well as any other small tangs I can get my hands on.

the tank looks brilliant dorsey, setting my girlfriends roma 125 up for multis in a few weeks, hopefully get a big breeding group going.

That, my friend is a 2nd pint of voddy and lemonade.......man has to have a hobby away from fish keeping!

Have added some moonlight photos now but they are brighter than in real life (camera needs setting up properly)

Those fish are beautiful. They're so bright and pretty.
The tank looks awesome too. I wish I had a tank like that.
