Gettin very worried... opinions?

I have two cherry barbs in my 6 gallon tank - a male and a female. Over the past month or more, the girl has been gettin progressively fatter and fatter. At first I thought she was possibly gravid, but now I'm really doubting that and beginning to worry. She's just not slimming down, and she looks ready to pop. The male is chubby too, but not like her. She's huuuuuge!! I've heard that bloating can be due to bacterial or internal stuff... so I'm wondering if I need to do somethin for her. The water checks out ok and the other fish are normal. She has been doing great, but the last few days she has been more lethargic and less interested in food (though she's still eating some). So I figured I'd better post... get some help.

Hi Julie, I have four cherry barbs too. One of mine (female) is always looking bloated too. Don,t know why but shes always been that way and it dosen,t seem to bother her. The other three males are all normal. ( I think its a she because she is a lot duller in color than the others and I read the males are much reder). Be curious to know also if this is a problem.
