German Gold Ram Huge Stomach

I woke up this morning and noticed that my GGR has a HUGE pink stomach.  Is this a pregnancy or maybe it's sick?  I'm worried.  It is still eating and acting normal.

I suspect if her belly is really red then she is displaying that she is ready to mate, do you have a male ram in the tank aswell?

I'm really not sure of the genders of the ones I have.. one is much more colorful than the other but that is the one who has the pink belly
