German Gold Ram Bent Spine?

I just got 2 beautiful gold rams, once they perked up in the tank I noticed that one of them has a spine that kind of bends upwards.  Is this normal or should I try to exchange "her"  (I'm not sure the gender)

I ended up bringing her back and getting one with a straight spine however almost all the rams in the tank had curved spines... some were almost an s curve.  I think it's a birth defect the more I read on it from poor breeding.

I have a von Rio tetra with a very bent spine. She's going on 3 years old, but the others I got with her have passed on. I'd say yes, poor breeding.
