Ram's are genrally peacefull fish , i'm not sure with the Tiger Barbs though as ram's can have nice fin's , not sure about if theyre ok by themselves ..

what are the water parameters you may be better with kribs or bolivian rams

tiger barbs i wouldnt add unless you can have at least 10 or more, otherwise they are very aggresive, rams are quite quiet fish for a cichlid and tend to leave others alone, ditch the barbs and get a trio of rams, di
