Are you sure it wasn't spoiled? Was it the first time that you fed them from that shrimp? A lots of people feed their fish with frozen brine shrimp and they don't die. Fish can die from bloodworms too if they are spoiled or if any chemicals are on them. Did you thaw it in conditioned water?

Ifeed my little buddies frozen brine and live brine all the time, no worries

That's good!! And did they eat the frozen brine shrimp for the first time? Or did they spit it out? I will try again to give it to my buddy I hope he will eat it!!

i bought it at the lfs came home fed them the next day gave them shrimp and they started gettin sick
