to TFF!
Can you give us a bit more information about your tank set-up and whether it is cycled and what equipment you have? Then we can offer informed advice.
Also pictures go down very well if you have any!

Hiya, fellow Aussie here :)

What size tank/tanks do you have?

yeah your tank size is important because the Clowns get to a foot long and need clean water

Sorry about the late reply my tank is 3ftx1ft the thing is though I found some super small BGK I asked the guy at the fish and looked online and they were a dwarf type!. Also with my clown loaches I have had them for a year now and have not grown.

There is no dwarf bgk.
The smallest knife kept in captivity is the African knife which gets to almost a foot. Too big for your tank unfortunately.
The reason your clown loaches haven't grown is because fish have a hormone ( I think? ) which prohibits them from growing in tpp small of an environment.

Your tank is too small for the clowns and the bgk

There is no dwarf type BGK in Australia (i dont think such a thing exists), so someone is pulling your leg.

Clowns are slow growers, but they do not belong long term in a tank that size

I know this isnt what you want to hear, but that is the truth of it

Then tell me why these BGK have been this small for a year now when I first went in they were the act same size if not a tiny bit smaller and if they do get bigger then I will give them back. Also what would be good with Pleco, clown loach
If they do get bigger what would be some other cool and weird looking oddball fish
If I canton get the BGK then what are some really weird oddball fish

I suggest you have a read of the blue link in my signature area. It deals with monster fish in large tanks, whereas you have large fish in small tanks, but the principle is the same.

bristlenose is a good Pleco for you tank as it gets no bigger than 5-7 inches and looks wierd.

I can tell you exactly why the fish havent grown.....the tank is too small. The fish are stunted, they need a bigger tank! You are not doing the fish any favours by keeping them in a too small tank, what you are doing is shortening their life span and making it that they cannot reach their full potential.

No at the fish shop I mean they are small. I'm thinking of buying them so I can at least try to get them bigger then give them to another store
