would a mated german blue ram pair, 1 blue-eyed sajica, and 1 angelfish with 2 bristlenose plecos and 5 albino corys be fine together in a 40 gallon tank? i am thinking about getting one
it would be heavily planted and a planted substrate and i am thinking about getting a 70 gallon filter with some driftwood and a lower ph. i am not sure yet. but it would be a high temperature of about 80 or 82 degrees farenhiet. but idk about the albino corys, maybe juli corys instead
i will obvisoulsy (idk if that is how you spell it) cycle the filter and stuff, it is just an idea right now

Sajica and angels like it cooler. The best cory would be sterbai.
If it were me, I'd do something like this...

1-pair rams
1-trio bn plecos 1m/2f
10-15 cardinals or rummynose tetras
6-8 sterbai cories
6-12 pencilfish or hatchetfish

Lots of variety and fish at all levels, but nothing to keep the rams from being scared to move about the tank.

oh, i have seen people with succes at kepping rams and angels together, and i love both fish. i said albino corys because i have 1 right now with only 1 other peppered cory for company. and i already have two bristlenose so....
but i haven't really decided on orhwe fish yet, and i don't really want to have a lot of fish, as i will be focusing on the fish i just mentioned and plants. but do you know if a red tailed shark would be good? and thanks for the sterbai idea, i was thinking about that, but i couldn't get the name

Any of the sharks are going to be too aggressive for the fish you want. I know people mix rams and angels, I've done it myself, but angels really are happier at lower temps. If you do keep it at 80°F, it should work. That's the high end for angels and the low for rams.
If we stick with your stocking idea, the only thing I'd change would be the sajica, instead going for a Krobia or a key hole cichlid. I wouldn't add any C/A cichlid to the setup. they require different water parameters than the rams and other S/A's you have.

ok, so how many kehole cichlids could i have?

EDIT: i was wondering if i could change the filters to 2 30 gal filters on different sides of the tank. one is already cycled, so could i put the 2 bristlenose and gbrs in the tank(once i get it) the 30 gal filter (that is cycled) is in a 20 gallon fish tank with the plecos and gbrs. if i put that in there, would the cycled filter keep the tank stable while the other 30 gallon cycled?

would they be good with platydoras armatulus
so would a good stocking list be
2 german blue rams
2 bristlenose plecos
1 platydoras armatulus (striped rapheal)

sorry for changing it, but i am trying to find out all my options and i want some fish i have never kept before
