Garter Snakes

What do the snake owners on here feed their extremely small snakes? This is a Red-Belly Garter Snake, at about 5-6" long. I put a few small Convict fry in a shallow dish with water, to see if the snake was interested in that, so I hope that will work. But what do all the snake people on here feed their small snakes?

crickets, or if you have a tank with a good bit of water in it then maybe some feeders. I always used crickets for my green snake

i had 1 once i gave him crikets and as a treat worms they love worms i bet they wont eat the fish though

No, he hasn't eaten any of the fish, so I guess I'll try to find some worms. Thanks!
