Hey, I was wondering if species of Garra can be bred.
The species in question is known here(In Korea, but I'm ot sure if it's accurate) is "Garra ruffa" or the doctorfish. Actually, they say it isn't the real doctorfish(Banned import) but a false species that does just as well.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to breed them. There are pictures here of the fry, adults and eggs, also of the fry "servicing" their owner's arm in the tank, but there isn't the exact info need to breed them. And the people who DID breed them didn't put up how they did it.
So I was really wondering...BEcause it would be cool to have a bunch of those critters without buying the slightly expensive adults or needing to visit the highly stressing "doctor baths" that kill of most of them...
By the way, did you know nile tilapia fry do the same stuff when they're young?!
