Can a gardening hose be used to fill up your water tank.

I wouldn't think it would be good to use it I can't remember what it has in it, but I don't think it would be good for an aquarium. Some clear plastic tubing that you might find in hardware stores would be ok tho.

Use a hose that is approved for drinking water. You can get long hoses for filing up RVs water supply and they are generally pretty cheap. I have a 10 ft one that cost me $2.99.
