And i dont watch rubbish like im a celebrity, thankfully have more of a life than to sit and watch that...

So sitting watching a program which is pretty much run by the same people and has the same sort of tasks in it, makes you better than someone who watches I'm a celebrity?.

I think what we're seeing here is a bit of satire.

I'll bet there are producers that actually have the mindset of that statement. I wouldn't doubt at all if something similar to that statement was said on many shows that involve animals.

Best thing you can do about that show, as with any show you may not approve of, is to contact the network that carries it. State that you will not be watching anything on their network, nor patronizing any of their sponsors, such as Sponsor A. B, & C, and stick to it.
