Fish Addict
That's the saddest part for me with fry...hmm yeah there are a lot but a lot are dying off so the others will grow.
I only saved 5 lazy fry who landed and sat on the sand. I used a net to fish them out.
1 of them had a bent tail, I gave him 1 day to get it straightened, but he just kept spinning in circles on the floor of the box so I had to give him up to the adults
Then 2 fry died, one within the 1st week and the 2nd near the 2 week mark. Both showing signs of bloating, the albino seemed to have had his belly popped too... there was a red line on it.
Now I'm left with 2 fry. They're 3 weeks old so far. What annoys me is that one of them started to look pretty much like his dad, losing a lot of the red coloring he started off with. -.-
And the other looks like his mom but with black eyes. Lol.
i know how you feel. i had a creamsicle molly that had fry when i was at school and i save 5, one lived then just recently died. when i looked in the filter that day they dropped there were just a bunch (5 or so) of fry heads and tails because i forgot to put netting on the intake and she didnt look like she was ready to drop there was one live one in there too
