Funny Little Corydora

So my dad has these bronze corys, about 7 but he has this one and it's a little different...

He got then all at the same time from the same store, out good old faithful LFS but this one has never really grown.

It's very happy and healthy, he's never had any problems with him he's just tiny!

I was wondering if Cory species interbreed? He is maybe the size of a pygmy with a sword tails
shaped tail but the bronze Cory colours!

I've tried to get some pics but he's nippy little fella, we named him Gonzalez, speedy Gonzales lol

What do you guys think?

Nice looking fish! I was going to get a Cory until I read red tails don't do so well with them....... Lol

Love the little fella! I think there are some corys that are bred to have long fins. I know a lot of tetras are bred like that and that could be the case here.

Corey's are nice looking catfish and I can't find what type it is ATM I'll keep looking and I will let u no

I agree with the above, he's probably the runt. ... a cute long finned runt.
And yes, different Cory species can interbreed, but I just think this one has a throw back gene. Like my son qhos blonde whereas we are all dark!
