Wish I could have a cokatoo. We had one for a couple of days and then it turned out my mum was seriously allergic to it and man did that suck. I so wanted one aswellb

.... maybe he needs more attention or fresh veggies or discipline? Does he step up on command? If not, I've read that teaching parrots to obey the step up command calms most birds because then they realize that the humans are the "alpha bird" and relax. Also, if he's a screamer, it's because he's lonely and wants attention. And fresh veggies have a calming effect on birdies too 
I'd love to hear more about him.
