fungus?

hi all ive just found that my male fighter and a few others have white stuff all over there bodies and mouths i think its fungus.
my question is melafix thebest thing to use?

Can you post stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, what size tank, how many fish and which type you have mouth fungus, and if it's fluffy on the body its columnaris.

thanks for the quick response ill just put melafix in that should do the job and hopefully prevent the others from catching it too.

You will need more than that i'm afraid i would do some daily water changes and add anti internal bacteria med, and adding the correct amount of med back to the water removed,if you have no scaless fish i would also add some salt to the tank.
