Had my peppers get frisky again on friday (following cold water change, black worm feed..no surprises there)

Instead of dumping the eggs on sand in a dedicated fry tank (like i did with my panda fry recently)...i decided to go with the breeder net in established tank approach. I put a long straight airstone under the breeder net. Approx 12 eggs are on the bottom of net, 12 eggs are on the side of net.

No anti-fungal medicines put in

after 3 days, some eggs are already showing fungus - and that's the sole purpose of this thread..to show what it looks like (cause i was struggling to find pictures of fungal eggs a couple of days ago).

What is interesting...the eggs showing fungus are on the side of the breeder net even though air is blowing directly over them. The eggs on the bottom of the breeder net all look fine !

Healthy (brown) and Fungal (white mess) joined. Dr Chokko seperated them with a Stanley (other brands are available) knife.

Thanks for posting the pictures, chokko. I don't recall anyone doing that before. :)

I'll add it to the "Of Special Interest" file.

I agree. I was browsing like mad when I first saw cory eggs to find the difference between viable and non-viable ones.
Great stuff!!
