Hi everyone I've just got some frozen cubes for my fish. How many cubes should I give them?
There's 1 male Betta, 8 harlequin Rasbora,6 x-ray Tetra, 6 cardinals and I clown pleco.
Many thanks

It'd be easier to say that it depends on the fish.
You can either thaw out a cube in a small cup of aquarium water, or break/cut a block into pieces. Give the fish a little and see how long it takes for them to eat what you give and then work it out from there.
Mine get through one block at a time, very quickly.

I vary my feeding anyway, so one session they might get frozen brine shrimp, another some Bug Bites, another some standard flake, etc..

That makes sense thank you.

i feed wafers or frozen blocks for breakfast(9am-10am) flake for dinner(2pm-5pm) and tea(7pm-9pm)

3 meals in total enough for them to eat in less than 5 mins

To your first question I'd suggest dropping a frozen cube into the tank. You could pre-thaw in tank water, but the cube will thaw pretty quickly right in the tank.
I suggest feeding frozen brine shrimp sparingly for two reasons. 1) cost and 2) a balanced diet.
I tend to feed a Special Blend of commercial food as the staple and I augment with live white worms, daphnia, and mosquito larvae (in season) and occasionally frozen foods like brine / mysis shrimp and frozen white worms. :)
