Well got some yesterday and added one section of the tray, the four mollies instantly started eating them and going mad, they wouldnt let any of the other fish get any,

So i was thinking should i add 1 section at one side of the tank and 1 section at the other so they all get some or would that be overfeeding ?

Plus - the guy at the shop said to just keep feeding my plec (rehoming soon) algae wafers as he wont eat the bloodworms as he is a vegetarian,

But he was eating them too, he was sucking them into his mouth and they were not coming back out ?

Please help guys

They love those bloodworms dont they? I would not worry about plec, but I am really not sure. Someone with more plec experience should answer

You can chop the little tray in two with a cleaver or similar lge knife
then drop on 1/2 in at each end. :D

I feed my fish frozen bloodworms and one section is a lot to put in at once IMO. Depends how big your tank is and how many fish are in it but you should feed them bloodworms as a treat really. I put 1/4 of a block in every other day or so.

its only a 27.5uk gal tank, and i have
4 mollys
4 platys
4 cherry barbs
4 neons
3 guppies
1 swordtail
a plec (rehoming soon)

Thats a very good idea dannio, sometimes i'm sooo thick lol

Don't feed your livebearers(mollies, platies, guppies, swordtail) live food everyday b/c they can't digest it quickly so they become constipated along with other problems. You could feed them it 2x a week as a treat, that would be fine.
I also agree that your pleco will be okay, he just wanted a change in his diet lets say :p. If your looking for foods to feed him, I definitely have to say Wardleys Brine Shrimp pellets is a cuisine for my plecos and ALL my fish. I haven't met a fish that hasn't liked them so far.

IME plecos and all my tropical fish I have ever had eat what they want. Even if the Plec is vegetarian he probably wouldnt eat the blood worms if they were all that awful. Usually for my blood worm feedings I put one square in a cup of water and wait for the square to thaw (30 seconds or so) and sink to the bottom. Then in one smooth motion i spread the food across the tank so all of my fish have ample opportunity to eat :D

My fish love bloodworm. I think some plecs are omnivors which means they can eat meat. Mine likes worms and he goes right up to the surface and eats flake food too.But you wouldnt want to feed him meat all the time. Wafers are still a great choice for plecs. I feed one cube a week. But on those days they only get that one meal. I just cant be bothered cutting the cubes up. :D
