Frog feeding how often?

I have two dwarf frogs and have been told by the pet shop to feed them with frozen blood worm. Well obviously the fish get this too and I don't want to feed my fish everyday on bloodworm. How often should I put the bloodworm in the tank so the frogs are getting enough food??

I would say every other day, that's when I feed my frogs

That's what I do for my adf.Feed every other day with what I call my frog baster The fish may get a bit of the food but just enough to keep them busy while I feed the frog.He comes right up to the baster...very cool
