Frog Ate My Finger

My african clawed frog ate a prawn so big, it was actually as long as the frogs body (not inc legs)! That was the day after it became attached to my finger! I just wanted to share that.

Are ACFs nifty? They've always kinda creeped me out. But I think my baser instincts knew that it could possibly eat parts of my body....

I fell into the trap...thought i was buying a dwarf frog but after careful examination of the tiny critter i found it to be a clawed frog. My one is kinda scary, i hand feed it so thats how it came to hang off my finger recently. He grabs at things going past because they are quite blind but hasnt eaten a fish yet! Not even the feeders i tried!

Haha, I know that situation. I have an axolotl ( hoping to get another one soon), and she sometimes mistakes my finger for food! Her teeth are not sharp, but she takes her time to let go off my finger,hahaa.Too funny
