Hi

The top fish is a platty, the bottom fish seems to be a killifish.

Thanks patrick

Could anyone give me any info on these do they have to be fed different or are they just the same as gold fish.

Thanks
Steve

Goldfish and platy are completly different fish. Goldfish are coldwater, and platy's and killifish are tropical meaning they need a heater. What amazes me is why they were together in the same tank?

It looks like to me that both of those fish are Platys. The top one from the pic looks like a female, can't tell about the bottom one. But I'm thinking if there are Platy fry in the tank , then the bottom one would be a male of course.
