heard that there sinsitive to nitrates is that true i think thats the right one at least
 
you got it, I think you have to aim to keep them below 20ppm and then obviously nitrites and ammonia need to be perfect constantly.
 
that wont be good my fish took a year to learn to live in pure amonia :X :rofl: definatly not gona make the same mistakes in my 20 gal :hey:
 
your going to need more than a 20 gallon to keep rays.

i'm pretty sure 60gallons is the least you can get away with for the smallest species.

Even a 60g tank isnt really big enough for any species of ray unless it is a custom built tank with height sacrificed for width. The absolute minimum sized tank for keeping rays needs to have a footprint of 48x24" for them to be happy, i would suggest nothing smaller than 100 gallons (48x24x24") for rays.
 
its impossible not to make a mistake interpeting me i have bad grammar its funny that people that say i have bad grammar spell it grammer lol i love when that happen
