Is it ok to ship fish to canada? I'm still interested.

after much research, its not legal to ship to canada , and the prices to get them to be legal to ship are evil. =/ sorry!

What is the L number of the plec? and how large?

I was told by the guy i bought him from that he is a L012, but i haven't looked into it, he is about 4 and a half inches and he almost 2 years old and hasn't grown anymore that i can tell.
