Free Fish - Must Go Asap

i am going to look at a secondhand tank tomorrow and it comes with fish that i dont need but the current owner doesnt have any other tank etc so i have to have them if i buy it....
the fish are as follows, this is what the seller has told me they are...- 2 gourami, 2 species of shark, a few black widows, plec, albeno sucker, rosy barb

so if anybody wants any of these fish then they are welcome to them because i need them out of the way asap as the tank is for my corys. if nobody wants them they will be going to lfs....
i will know more about the fish tomorow when i bring it back, if i buy it

Hi, i have the tank and fish....
they are as follows-
1x red tail shark
1x bala shark
1x albino cory
1x rosy barb - long finned
1x common plec
1x gourami...?
1x gourami...?
5x black skirt tetras
1 x ?

the tank was only 2 foot not 3 as described but i bought it anyway to give these fish a chance! can you believe they are all in a 2 foot tank..........
ill look up the gouramis as i dont know much about them. 1 is blue/purple and 1 is yellow/gold. i think there is a cichlid in there too again ill check it out...
just had a look and i think 1 is an opaline gourami and 1 a gold gourami....

i think the cichlid may be a bolivian ram but until tomorrow i dont know they are in the dark settling in hopefully...
all the fish are quite large, the plec is about 4/5 inches.

You should deffo get some tank shots. It could help capture peoples attention.

I could take the gouramis if anyone could bring them down to North London or you could post. I won't be ready to take them until a week from now though.

ill try and get some tomorrow, i only got the tank and fish tonight.... im not 100% if its a bolivian ram as im not too hot on cichlids but ill post a pic tomorrow and you can tell me either way what it is and if you want it!

i dont really want to post especially this time of year so collection only please, i can deliver locally if people are stuck....

Well I'll give you a hint...if it's like my avatar it's a bolivian.

However if it has a red eye then it's a german blue.

And if it's like mine and fully grown (5-7cm) and doesn't have tail extensions then there's a fair chance it's a female...

What do you think? Does it sound like a female bolvian?

it does look very much like your pic, not sure if it has tail extensions or not as i literally refilled the tank and transfered the fish in the dark to keep stress to a minimum. if it is a br then its fully growh i think as its quite large compared to a gbr i used to own...
ill get you a pic tomorrow can you collect it if its what you want?

I'm not sure if I could collect.

Postage would certainly be preffered (of course I would pay for both postage and packaging).

But I may be able to arrange it with trains and such that I could collect. However that would mean I couldn't collect until sometime from 8th - 12th of Dec

Or if you could drop off in Nottingham on the weekend 5th Dec then I could also take it. (with plenty of compensation of course)

My tank is in Sheffield but I'm at Uni in Nottingham. And I'd genuinely be happy to get a return train from Sheffield to Leicester to pick the ram up if it's female.
But obviously I can't do that until I'm back in Sheffield for Christmas.
