Found White Worms In Aquarium Water!?

How often do you do water changes and do you siphon every time? What are your water stats? I have to say, you seem to always be worming your fish (could be caused from stress due to a dirty tank) and with these worms living in there (can be a sign of over feeding/ dirty tank) I hope it's not the case, especially because you also said your tank had been a bit cloudy the other day  Probably be good to check your water stats.

Water stats are fine. Ammonia & nitrite is 0ppm in all tanks. Nitrate ranges from 15-20 ppm in my tanks. Ph is a steady 7.5 (Or 7.4, it's between the two.) I clean 25% of the water once or twice a week. I siphon almost every time. (About 8-9 times out of every 10 cleanings, if that makes sense...)
I got some java fern a couple weeks ago, so maybe that could be the cause? I rinsed the plants off before putting them in the tank.

As for the worming meds, I wish I didn't have to use them all the time, it's just... My fish seem to be always excreting these clear/white worms! :( It's annoying. I'm just in a confused state of mind. I can't figure out what's wrong with my fish, and I'm pigheaded, so I refuse to believe that I need a stronger medication for it. Well, I can believe that, I just don't know where or how to get a stronger medication... :(
I'm in a tizzy. lol

I seem to have queer situations w/ my fish.... That.. Normally... eventually work themselves out.:(

theyre prob just planaria which are harmless, the cause is just prob from slight overfeeding. theyre are some fish that eat them but I cant remmember which, otherwise you can just try and syphon them out, i wudnt stress about it tho.
