Found something in my tank, not 100% sure what it is

Hey people, just found this in my tank, not sure if it is what I think it is? Brine maybe? Bit confused because ive only ever fed with frozen maybe once or twice unless they've somehow managed to thaw out and wake up?

I found three hidden behind my filter, really small, can't find anything on a quick search through Google

Damselfly larva. You need to remove them as they are carnivorous and will kill small fish.

maybe looks more like a damselfly
you should remove if you have smaller types of fish. and put it in a big fish tank for free food DDDDD

you should remove if you have smaller types of fish. and put it in a big fish tank for free food DDDDD

I would say the bugs are around 1cm in size, gourami is around 6cm and the rams around 5 and a half, I do however have harlequin rasbora and some yellow shrimp in the tank

The damselfy larvae will get bigger and the shrimps are the first thing to be at risk.
