Nice pictures, you realise your GSP will need a 55 gallon or so, and also is bracksih water right?

He needs a bigger tank already! :/  GSP's need at least 5 gallons of water for every 1 inch of body. And no matter what the size (even if they're .25 inches) they need at least 10 gallons of water!

Yes I know this already, I know what I'm doing

He will be in a 60 gallon in about 5 months...

He is pretty cute though huh? nominations? hehe

i thirde that nom! nice little fishy

He's very cute indeed, I'd backup that nomination for the first picture for sure.

He should be fine in the tank he is in at the moment, and you obviously are aware they get bigger and have plans for him so dont be put off by peoples negative comments.

how come them to need so much room? they clostraphobic?sp? :)

Puffers are extremely messy eater and produce a lot of waste. They also need lots of room to set up territories.

Great pics Godric Puffer

Thats correct.. but hes also the only fish in tank so hes not competing for any territory, so I dont see a problem. As for the messiness... I'm sure GodricPuffer is keeping the tank clean. Looks like it to me.

Hes adorable!!!! :D

Its also still a young GSP, its going to get bigger and need more room to swim. I know Godric Puffer is doing a wondeful job keeping his puffer healthy and he knows it will eventually need a bigger tank, but what you said is like saying its OK to put a fish that needs 60 of water to live healthy but instead putting it in a 10 gallon because you keep the water clean and there isn't anything else with it.
