does anyone know of a fish food that makes fish grow and keeps them good and healthy?
If i am trying to grow my fish on when is the best time to feed them and how often.

For Koi try to find some high protien food and feed two or three times a day as much as they will consume in 5 minutes. However, this will pollute the water quicker than normal feeding routines. Your lfs should have or be able to order some of these high protien foods. Personally I use dried cat food.
