I asked my dad to buy some food for my fish and he brought marine mix for some strange reason could i feed this to my freash water fish.

Is it frozen food or dry food? If it is frozen make sure you really really wash it out well to eliminate the salt .. if it is dry it shouldn't be too much of a problem but as Fishlette said only this once as they may not be getting all the vitamins and nutrients needed as these differ in Marine & Fresh Water fish

What sorts of ingredients does this marine mix contain exactly and what does the food look like (flake, pellet, power, floating or sinking stuff etc)?

For your pleco algae wafers, catfish pelets and lots of cucumber and occasionally cooked prawns is a good diet, but the rest of your fish are insectivores/omnivores so i would feed them lots of (preferably) frozen foods (freeze-dried is also ok though) like krill, daphinia, artemecia, bloodworms etc and some crushed flakes to bulk out all the invertebrates and crustaceons and things.
Giving them some cooked de-shelled chopped up peas or cooked and chopped up blanched spinache every now and then is also good to make sure they maintain a healthy digestive system and help prevent things like constipation, swimbladder disorder, dropsy etc.

its froozen food and by the way i do know what to feed my fish its just my dad brought 1 paket of marine food as well as bloodworm and muscles

Well can you post us the ingredients of the marine food as well as other info as asked then? We can't tell you if its good for your fish or not if you don't give us this kind of info.
