I'm ordering a few fish and plants from Live Aquaria soon, and was looking around the site for anything else I might want (might as well get it all shipped at once, right? ;) ) and I noticed they had true flying foxes, which I think are a really cool fish. I was wondering... would one go well in my 29 gallon? It currently has a 5" senegal bichir, a bumblebee catfish, an african butterfly fish, and a juvie jaguar cichlid I'm giving to the LFS tomorrow because he's being a little bastard to my poor bichir :X.
Think it would work out? For the record, I will be upgrading to a 55 gallon eventually, so if 29 gallons is too small in the long run it won't be a problem

I don't think the FF will be a problem, as long as the others aren't a problem for it, and I don't know those other things. They do grow large, so your upgrade will be welcome.

I have a flying fox in a 25 gal. He's a lovely fish. Takes a run at a tetra now and then but he's all bluff.
