The fish with the B. nigrofasciatus in that picture is not a barb, the dorsal fin is w-a-a-a-a-y to long. It is an Osteochilus species, and if we're talking red caudal fin, probably Osteochilus hasselti.

As of now it has no red on it but it might grow into it.
